  • Protecting your account

Depending on the security policy set by the administrator, you can set up enhanced security when connecting to your Webspace. Two options are available:
  • double authentication in the form of a PIN code,
  • receive a notification each time you connect to your account from an unregistered device.

Set up dual authentication

  1. Click on the button .
  2. Go to Personal information > Account.
  3. Click on Protecting the account.
  4. In the rubric Enhanced security, select the option Set a PIN code.

  5. In the pop-up window, use the numeric keypad to enter your PIN and confirm it. Click on the Validate button each time.

Receive notification of every new connection from an unidentified device

  1. Click on the button .
  2. Go to Personal information > Account.
  3. Click on Protecting the account.
  4. In the rubric Enhanced security, select the option Notification only. An e-mail will be sent to you confirming the implementation of this enhanced security measure.

  5. The next time you log in, we recommend that you register only those devices that are only used by you or persons you trust. In this case, enter a name to identify the device from which you are connecting, then click on the button Next.

If you do not register your device (option I add this device to the list of my registered devices... un-ticked), the defined security measure will be triggered again the next time you connect from it.

  6. You access your account home page. Another e-mail is sent to confirm registration of the new device.

If you no longer use a device, or if it becomes accessible to others, delete it from the list of registered devices. From the page Protecting the account, in the rubric Registered devices, on the line of the concerned device, click on the button , then choose Delete.
