Generate a schedule of meetings
- Consult the list of meetings to be scheduled in the display Parent/Teacher meetings > Meetings >
List of meetings. Among the proposed meetings, only those wanted by at least one of the two participants have been retained
- Launch meeting placement with the command in the menu Calculation > Launch an automatic placement. EDT places the extracted meetings in compliance with:
- the breaks,
- the inter-meetings,
- the unavailability of participants,
- la priority determined by the crossing of the desiderata.

- nce the placement is complete, enter the room occupied by each teacher in column Room in display Parents/Teachers meetings > Teachers >
Information form.
If you enter an absence after the meetings have been scheduled, EDT suggests you cancel the meetings. - nce the placement is complete, enter the room occupied by each teacher in column Room in display Parents/Teachers meetings > Teachers >
