Recovering desiderata via PRONOTE
If you also use PRONOTE, you can offer participants the option of entering their desiderata and unavailability directly from their Webspace or application.
Publish the information form for meetings on the Teachers Webspace
- From PRONOTE, go to the display Internet Webspace > Teachers >
Parameters of the Teachers Webspace. - Verify that the rubric Meetings is ticked; by default, all authorizations are ticked, but you can modify the list.
- In EDT or PRONOTE, you can edit information and publish it from the display Communication > Info/Surveys >
Information and surveys to notify teachers that entry of desiderata is open.
Publish the meeting information form on the Parents Webspace
- From PRONOTE, go to the display Internet Webspace > Parents > Parameters of the Parents Webspace.
- In the tree structure, verify that the rubric Parents/Teach meetings is ticked.
- Click on the sub-rubric Desiderata and availability; you can verify and, if necessary, modify the publication options.
- In EDT or PRONOTE, you can write information and publish it from the display Communication > Info/surveys > Information and surveys to inform the guardians that the desiderata entry is open.
