Convocations to class committees are edited from a template.

Customize the default convocation

  1. Go to the display Communication > Mail and Documents > Templates.
  2. Select the letter Convocations to committees in the list on the left.



  3. Use the text editor to modify the letter displayed on the right.

Send the convocations to all participants

  1. Go to the display Class committee > Committees > Lists of committees and courses.
  2. Select a session, then the relevant committees in multi-selection.
  3. From the committee form, click on the button , the choose  Sending mail or a document.



  4. In the pop-up window, choose a type of output (Printer, PDF, E-mail).
  5. By default, the template Convocations to committees is ticked for all the participants.
  6. Tick the option Only for the available teachers to only generate convocations for the committees that teachers can attend.


  7. Click on Print/Generate/E-mail
