  • Define the list of participants

By default, all teachers and teaching staff are assigned. If student and parent delegates have been designated as such in the base, they are also automatically assigned. The icon designates the indispensable participants.

Make the presence of a participant non-indispensable

  1. Go to the display Class committees > Committees > Lists of committees and courses.
  2. Select the concerned committee.
  3. On the committee form, double-click on the icon in front of the participant's name to make him/her "non-indispensable".



    The characteristic indispensable/non-indispensable will be taken into account when placing the committees. The homeroom teacher is always indispensable.

Manually add/delete participants

  1. Go to the display Class committees > Committees > Lists of committees and courses.
  2. Select the concerned committee.
  3. On the committee form, click on the button to add a participant. To delete a participant, click on the button .
