I want the families and teachers to only see the updated timetable for the next two weeks.

To prevent access to timetables beyond a certain number of weeks, log on to Client PRONOTE.

For the guardians and students: go to display Internet Webspace > Parents/Students > Parameters of the Parents/Students Webspace. Click on the rubric Student Administration > Timetable in the tree structure, then tick the box Limit the consultation of the timetable (...) and determine the number of weeks that can be consulted.

For the teachers: go to the display Internet Webspace > Teachers > Parameters of the Teachers Webspace. Unfold the rubric Consultation of the timetables, then tick the option Limit the number of weeks available for consultation, by modifying, if necessary, the value entered in Weeks available for consultation after the current week.
