Create an exceptional class meeting
Once the academic year has begun, you can modify the timetable week by week. If modifications are made from a Client EDT connected to the PRONOTE database, student and teacher timetables are updated in real time.
- In all the displays
Timetable of the week, select a resource from the list on the left to display its timetable. - Select the concerned week on the slider at the top right.
- Click and drag your mouse over the grid to draft the course.
- Double-click inside the green frame to confirm its creation: it is displayed with the label Exceptional.
- The course already contains the resource selected in the list; add the other resources and specify the subject from the course form.
