Publish timetables via the DW (ENT)
To publish timetables via the DW, you can integrate into the DW the Webspaces of the Teachers, Parents, Students, etc., if you have PRONOTE (see PRONOTE online help) or export the timetable from EDT to the DW if your DW is an Index Education partner. In both cases, you need to be logged in as administrator to perform these operations.
Manual export from EDT to DW
- Go to the menu Imports/Exports > DW platform > Manual export.
- Select your DW platform in the drop-down menu. If it's not listed, it's not an Index Education partner; please contact your DW.
- Select the date from which the timetable will be exported.
- Depending on the DW, you can export to a URL provided by the DW, or to a directory where the DW will recover the files.
- Click on Export.
Activate automatic export from EDT to the DW
- Go to the menu Imports/Exports > DW platform > Automated export.
- Select your DW platform in the drop-down menu. If it's not listed, it's not an Index Education partner; please contact your DW.
- Tick Activate the export automation to a DW.
- Depending on the DW, you can export to a URL provided by the DW, or to a directory where the DW will recover the files.
- Click on Export.
