  Who sees the students' photos?

If you use EDT Network, student photographs are visible to all users in the group Administration (ADMIN). Other users (staff or teachers) can also access it if they have been given authorization to do so.

To modify teachers' access to the rosters: go to the display Timetable > Teachers > Teachers' authorization profile, select the profile to be modified from the list on the left, then tick/un-tick the boxes on the right of the rubric Roster.

To modify staff's access to the rosters: go to the menu File > User administration, select the profile to be modified in the list on the left, select the tab EDT in the right panel, then tick/un-tick the authorization View the photo and the roster in the rubric Students.
