Who sees the staff/teacher photos?

If you're using EDT Network, staff and teacher photos are visible to all users in the Administration group (ADMIN). Other users (staff or teachers) can also access them if they have been given this authorization.

To modify teachers' access to the rosters: go to the display Timetable > Teachers > Teachers' authorization profile, select the profile to be modified from the list on the left, then tick/un-tick the boxes on the right of the rubric Roster. The staff roster is only visible from PRONOTE.

To modify staff's access to the rosters: go to the menu File > User administration, select the profile to be modified in the list on the left, select the tab EDT in the right panel, then tick/un-tick the authorization Consult the personal information in the rubrics Teachers and/or Staff.
