Can a user indicate that they do not wish their photograph to be used in EDT or PRONOTE?

Yes. Photographs of teachers/students/staff are used in EDT to compile the rosters. If you have PRONOTE, these users can prohibit the use from their Webspace, by un-ticking the option I authorize the use of my photo in PRONOTE.

To ensure that a user has accepted the use of his or her photograph, go to the corresponding display:

• Timetable > Teachers > Form (Identity and Student Administration),
• Timetable > Students/Staff > Information form.

Then select the person from the list on the left and click on the button in the rubric Identity: the box Utilization authorized must be ticked under the photograph.
