Are the wishes in green complied with in all cases by EDT?

The wishes correspond to the time slots in which the resources (teachers, classes) ideally wish to have their courses. These slots are not guaranteed, but where possible, EDT will give them priority during automatic placement. They are indicated on the grids by a green background to suggest the place when placing them manually.
