  • Customize the displayed grids

In addition to data lists, many displays also feature timetable or schedule grids (usually located on the right-hand side of the screen). Like the lists, these can be customized.

Hide days/time slots

  1. Go to the menu My preferences > Grids > Layout of the timetables/schedules or click on the button in the top right-hand corner of a timetable.
  2. In the rubric Structure, select a Customized grid model from the drop-down menu.
  3. Un-tick the days to be hidden, and use the drop-down menu to select the first and last hours of the day to be displayed.

Zoom on the grid

On all the displays Timetable, Multi-resource schedule and Multi-week schedule, hold down key Ctrl and use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out on the grid.

Optimize the display for your screen

Depending on your screen, it may be convenient to set a maximum amount of data items on the screen.
  1. Go to the menu My preferences > Grids > Layout of the timetables/schedules.
  2. In the rubric Maximum amount of data on screen, select the maximum number of days to display. To view the other days, use the horizontal scroll bar.

  3. Specify the maximum number of time sequences to be displayed. Reducing this number makes it easier to view and manipulate short courses (10 or 15 minutes). To view other sequences, use the vertical scroll bar.
