Manually reconcile a user with their CAS identifier
- Go to the display My preferences > Security > Protecting my account.
- Select CAS from the first drop-down menu.
- Select the user type from the second drop-down menu.
- Reduce the list by ticking Only those not reconciled.
- Double-click in the column Identity provider username.
- In the pop-up window, enter the username and validate.
