  • What should I do if the automatic license registration doesn't work?

License registration is carried out via the menu File > Utilities > Automatic registration of the license.

If you encounter any problems with automatic registration (network, connection, firewall, etc.), please send an e-mail to code@index-education.fr specifying the following elements:

  • the name of the institution and city,
  • the customer reference and invoice number shown on your invoice,
  • the product version, which you will find at the top of the software title bar,
  • the identification key, which you can copy by going to File > Utilities > Enter your registration code > Entry of the code,
  • the letter of the workstation to be replaced (in the case of equipment replacement).
  • whether it is a summer vacation license, if applicable.

You will then receive the code by e-mail: copy it, launch the command File > Utilities > Enter your registration code > Entry of the code, paste the code and validate.
