Enter the students' needs in the subjects concerned
To enter the needs, you must have defined the subject needs.
- Go to the display Timetable > Students >
List. - For each 5th grader, indicate his/her needs in each subject. Double-click in the columns Needs > FRENCH and Needs> MATH, then in the pop-up window, specify level A, B or C. If these columns are not visible, click on the button
at the top right of the list to display them.
To work with a multi-selection of students, first select all the students concerned by a level. You can then proceed in one of two ways:
- by right-clicking, then choosing Modify > Needs per subject > FRENCH or MATH;
- by clicking on the button
in the column title.
In the pop-up window, click on the level you wish to assign, then confirm.
You can also import your students' levels from a spreadsheet.
