If you do the same import on a regular basis, can you save the matching of fields and columns?

Yes. In the window Import of data, first configure the import you are about to perform; click on the button Save at the top right of the window; in the pop-up window, click on New to add a designation, press the key Enter, then click on Validate.
To use these parameters for a new import, click on the button Open in the top right-hand corner of the window.
