  • How to authorize staff/teachers to create events

Authorize administrative users to create events in the agenda

  1. Go to the menu File > User administration.
  2. In the list on the left, select the user group you wish to authorize.
  3. In the tab EDT, select the rubric Communication and tick Enter agenda.

Authorize the teachers to create events in the agenda

  1. Go to the display Timetable > Teachers > Teachers' authorization profile.
  2. Select the concerned profile.
  3. In the category Communication, tick View the institution's agenda and Enter the events in the agenda

    If you have PRONOTE, the teacher can consult the agenda and enter events from the Teachers Webspace.
