  • Write an event in the agenda

 With a Client EDT connected to an EDT base, you can add events to the agenda of other users of Client EDT. With a Client EDT connected to a PRONOTE base, you can add events to the agendas of everyone in the institution - including students, guardians and teaching assistants.
  1. Go to the display Communication > Agenda > Agenda.
  2. To select a display mode (day, week, month or year), click on the icons at the top left of the agenda.



  3. To add an event to the grid, click/drag your cursor to the wanted location: a window New event appears.
  4. Enter the title and commentary of the event in the text zones provided.
  5. You can use color coding to sort events by category: select one of the default categories, or create your own.



  6. If necessary, modify the date and the beginning/ending time of the event by double-clicking on the corresponding calendars. You can also:
    • indicate that the event has no fixed times by ticking the box Without a time;
    • define a periodicity for recurring events.
  7. The box Shared with is ticked by default. Without any modification on your part, the event is published in the agenda of all the users in Administration mode (ADMIN). You can also:
    • un-tick the box Shared with so that the event only appears in your agenda.
    • add recipients (personal, and/or linked to a class, and/or via a mailing list).
  8. If you have subscribed to the SMS service,  you can schedule the sending of a reminder (immediate and/or deferred).

  9. If the Client EDT is connected to a PRONOTE base, you can share the event on the institution's page by ticking the appropriate box.



  10. Click on the button Validate.
