EDT - How to share a survey template

Survey templates can be shared with other users in your institution; they can also be shared with other institutions, once saved as a .zip folder.

Share a survey with other users in the institution

Go to the display Communication > Info/Surveys > Information and surveys.
Click on the folder Survey templates: the list of survey templates appears on the right-hand side of the screen.
Double-click in column (X) to share the template.

Go to the display Communication > Info/Surveys > Information and surveys.
Click on the folder Survey templates: the list of survey templates appears on the right-hand side of the screen.
Select the template, right-click and select the option Safeguard the selected survey templates in a file: a registration window appears.
Choose the file location, then click on the button Select folder: a file named by default Modeles_Sondages_* with an extension .zip is added to the selected folder.
