How to create SMS templates
- Go to the display Communication > SMS >
Templates. - Click on the creation line, enter a label and validate with the key Enter of yout keyboard.
- In the pop-up window Categories, choose the potential recipient and the sending context: the variables available depend on the category chosen. Validate.
- Enter the message on the right and use the button Insert to insert variables that will be replaced by the appropriate text when sent.
