Prepare the distribution of students
Before launching the automatic student distribution, you can indicate in the software which students you want to group, or instead not to group in the same class. You can also configure the characteristics of the class (no student repeating grades, non-mixed, etc.), and/or manually assign some students. The configuration of the class characteristics and the manual assignment of the students requires to have at least created the list of classes in the display Pre-incoming year > Provisional classes > 
Services.
Services.Identify students to group/separate
- Go to the display Pre-incoming year > Distribution of the students >
Student to be grouped/distributed. - Click left on New, enter the group name and then select it.
- Click right on New.
- In the pop-up window, tick the students to group or separate, then validate.
To group or separate students without creating a group, select them in the display Pre-incoming year > Distribution of the students >
Students and wishes, right-click and choose one of the options of the command Group/Separate.
Manually assign the students
- Go to the display Pre-incoming year > Distribution of the students >
Assigning of the student to the provisional classes. - Click and drag the student into their class.
- Double-click on the button
so that the student is not moved during the automatic placement.
Prohibit or restrict some students in a class
- Go to the display Pre-incoming year > Distribution of the students > Assigning of the student to the provisional classes.
- Click on the button
at the top right of the class. - In the pop-up window, you can:
- prohibit the student repeating grades;
- have a mixed class or not;
- enter the students that the calculator should not put in this class.
