Can parents declare an absence several days in advance?
Yes, if you give them the authorization.
- Go to the display Internet Webspace > Parents >
Parameters of the Parents Webspace. - In the tree structure on the left of the screen, tick the boxes Student Administration > Notebook.
- Click on Notebook to display the corresponding options.
- Tick the option Authorize parents to give notice of an absence that will occur [...].
- From the drop-down menu, select a due date.
