An polling station member does not receive the six-digit code after resetting their password on the election platform. What to do?
This six-digit code is sent to you in your PRONOTE notifications (butterfly at the top right of your interface).
If you do not receive it, it may be that your username is incorrect.
To verify your username, contact another member of the polling station: they will find your username indicated in the display General information on the election platform.
