  The password appears as “unpublishable” in the mail. What should I do?

If the login mail you wish to send displays "Unpublishable" in place of the password, this means that it has already been personalized by the user. You must reset the password before generating the mail.

The recipient must personalize this temporary password the next time he/she logs on.
