Configure the Students Webspaces
Students connect to PRONOTE exclusively online, via their own dedicated Webspace; they do not have access to the Client.
- Go to the display Internet Webspace > Students >
Parameters of the Students Webspace. - Tick/un-tick the displays to be published.
- Additional parameters are sometimes available on certain displays: click on each rubric to verify that the default setting suits you.
You can:
- Authorize e-mail for the recovery of forgotten passwords;
- Modify the list of documents available to students;
- Modify the publication dates of gradebooks and report cards;
- Reschedule the date of publication of grades on the Students Webspace;
- Give access to certain elements of the Student Administration folder;
- Limit the number of weeks that can be consulted for the student's timetable, etc.
An SOS button on their Student Webspace and on the mobile app enables students to quickly contact the institution's harassment referents. To display this button, you must designate harassment referents.
