How to modify the display of rooms (name, code, site, etc.) in the course form and on the timetable grids?

1. Modify the display of rooms (name, code, site, etc.)
- Go to the menu My preferences > Data > Rooms.
- In the frame How to display the rooms?, select the display context (course form, grid, etc.) from the drop-down menu.
- Tick the elements that should appear.
2. Select the calculation method for room occupancy
The occupancy rate is an indicator calculated according to the courses: it shows how many hours each resource is occupied. The result depends on the selected configuration and can be expressed in hours or as a percentage. These parameters apply only to this resource. Changes made in this tab are therefore not reflected in the tabs for other resources.
- Go to the menu My preferences > Data > Rooms.
- Choose whether the course duration should be expressed according to:
- the total duration, which includes all time slots in the timetable;
- the available duration, which corresponds to the total duration minus unavailability, lunch breaks, and holidays (unless the option Take into account the public holidays is ticked).
- If necessary, tick the options to take into account holidays, unplaced courses, or only the selected courses.
3. Specify a default occupancy capacity for each new room
To set a default annual provision for each new room:
- Go to the menu My preferences > Data > Rooms.
- In the frame Reset Defaults, enter the occupancy capacity.
