PRONOTE Campus - What are the different ways to communicate via PRONOTE Campus?

PRONOTE Campus offers multiple means of communication adapted to each use of the software.

Paper-based communication

When a display is suitable for printing, the button becomes active in the toolbar.
In the display Communication > Mail and documents > Templates you will find all the templates of documents (Student card, internship agreement, etc.) that can be edited and printed from PRONOTE Campus.
The service MAILEVA allows you to delegate the printing and sending of paper documents.

PRONOTE Campus allows you to send the information to the users from the display Communication > Messaging service > Information and surveys.
Depending on the user's personal settings, this information is relayed by email or mobile notification.
For some actions, such as course modifications, PRONOTE Campus allows a notification to be sent to personal Webspaces and the mobile application.
PRONOTE Campus allows you to configure the display on the light panels of the list of upcoming courses or information.
The service SMS allows the adding of SMS sending to the communication tools.

PRONOTE Campus allows you to natively send the surveys to the users from the display Communication >
Messaging service > Information and surveys.
Depending on the user's personal settings, this information is relayed by email or mobile notification.
All the documents available in PRONOTE Campus as well as many displays can be sent by e-mail thus enabling the recipient to reply. For this choose E-mail as type of output of the mail and documents or click on the button when it is active.
