What are the major steps in creating the timetable?
The creation of the timetable in PRONOTE Campus is traditionally done in two steps.
First step: The creation of the "unplaced" lessons
This means listing all the lessons to be planned without yet deciding on the time slot in which they will be positioned. You can do this from the curricula if you have created them, by importing the information from an Excel file or by creating the lessons by series directly in the software.
Second step: The placement of the lessons
All or part of the lesson placement can be done automatically if you have entered all your constraints in PRONOTE Campus and if you are organized to only allow one user to work on the base during the automatic placement. The placement of lessons can also be manual: in this case, PRONOTE Campus constantly diagnoses what is possible and what is not, thus guaranteeing an error-free schedule.
