Logging in for the first time from a computer
The PRONOTE Company Webspace is a webspace accessible from a computer or mobile application to be installed on one's phone or tablet. The PRONOTE application is available on the main stores (Android, iPhone).
Step No. 1: Please have the necessary elements
The institution has provided you with the following by mail or e-mail:
- the https connection address to be entered in your Internet browser,
- your username (often created from your surname),
- an temporary password that you will customize during your first connection.
Step No. 2: Connect from a computer
- From your internet browser, enter the login address received by mail or e-mail: https://RNE.index-education.net/pronote/
RNE must be replaced by the identification number of your institution (code composed of 7 digits followed by a letter). - Click on Company.
- In the login window, enter your username and temporary password respecting the lowercase and uppercase letters, then click on Connect.
- During the first login, the password customization window appears. Enter your custom password in accordance with the institution's password composition rules and re-enter to confirm. Click on the bouton Validate.
- You then access the home page of your Webspace.
