  • What do the icons in the roll call sheet mean?

You can customize the roll call sheet and follow-up by adding optional rubrics from the Client, in Teacher mode, in the tab Absences, via the window for customizing the columns in the list .

In the roll call sheet, the following icons may appear next to students' names:

Student-related information 

Student's name in red He/she was absent from your last course
tudent's name with an asterisk * On a school outing
The student has a commitment
Representative
Éco representative
The student has an accompaniment project
The student has a teaching assistant
The student is enrolled in a group with variable population (personalized accompaniment, Accompanied studies, ...)
It's the student's birthday
The student has a memo from Student Administration
The student was absent during the previous course
The student is in home schooling
The student has a valorization memo
The student has a convocation
The student has an administratively unsettled absence 

Specifics related to absences and/or convocations

The absence or convocation was entered by the Student Administration
Absence does not apply to the entire duration of the course

Types of punishments

Additional assignments
Detention
Other punishments

Note:

In each column, PRONOTE counts the number of events you have assigned to each student since the date specified in the top right corner. A double-click on this number displays details of the student's events and, if you have given the authorization, events of the same nature in other subjects.
