  • How do I access a student's accompaniment project from the roll call sheet?

If the accommodations implemented as part of an accompaniment project (PAI, PAP, etc.) have been detailed in PRONOTE, you can access them easily from your roll call sheet in Absences > Roll call sheet > Teachers' roll call sheet. Next to the students' names, the icon representing a handshake means that an accompaniment project has been set up for the student. You can consult the details of the project (period of application, arrangements made) by going to Resources > Students > Accompaniment projects.

NOTE: the icon representing a handshake and a green dot indicates that the accompaniment project put in place is medical in nature.
If you'd like to discover other icons on the call sheet, read the article "What do the icons next to students' names mean?".
