Set up a personalized accompaniment group
If the PRONOTE administrator has given you permission to assign students to groups, you can modify the list of students for a personalized accompaniment course (variable population group), go to Resources > My data > 
Timetable.
Timetable.- Select the corresponding week on the slider.
- Click on the personalized accompaniment course, recognizable by its icon
.
If the course does not have this icon, contact the person in charge of timetables to make the necessary changes. - Click on the button
Display the list of students to make it appear on the right-hand side of the screen. Click on Modify the students then select this option again from the menu that appears. - In the pop-up window, tick the students in the personalized accompaniment list and validate.
- The confirmation window asks you to specify whether this list is valid only for the selected course, or whether it is to be kept until the end of the year or until the date of your choice.
NOTE: you also can Assign the students for another week. PRONOTE then asks you to select the reference week from the drop-down menu.
