Indicate that a course is taking place via a videoconference
The icon 
placed in the timetable indicates that a course is taking place via a videoconference. If you move your mouse cursor over this icon, the name of the videoconference appears in a tooltip.

- In the timetable widget on the homepage, click on the course concerned by the videoconferencing to display its form.
- Click on the button
Link for a videoconference at bottom left of course form. - In the pop-up window, copy and paste the URL link for the course, then enter a designation and any instructions. If students at home already have video course that day, this will be indicated at the bottom of the window.
- Validate: students access the link from the homepage of their Webspace.
