Reserve a room or equipment
It is from the display Resources > My data > 
My timetable that you can book a room, reserve equipment or even change a room for a course.

- Click on the course to display its form.
- Move your cursor over the line Rooms and click on the sign
that appears. 
- In the available rooms window that appears, tick the room and validate.
In the available rooms window, the absence of a box to tick in the left-hand column indicates that certain rooms are not bookable. You can tick the box Only the reservable rooms to show only the latter.
Reserve equipment
- As with the rooms, click on the course to display its form.
- Move your cursor over the line Equipment and click on the sign that appears.
- In the available equipment window that appears, tick the equipment and validate.
