Export the school transcripts to LSL
The Netsynchro platform is now called Omogen.
Step 1: Verify the prerequisites
A) Verify that the sectors have been entered correctly
Go to the display Resources > Classes >
List and, if necessary, complete the column Sector.
List and, if necessary, complete the column Sector.B) Verify that services are associated with the subjects of the transcript
- Go to the display Results > School transcript >
School record form. - Subjects with no equivalent are displayed in red: double-click on them and, in the pop-up window, tick the corresponding service (services with no equivalent are displayed in red).
- To avoid repeating the operation for each student, before validating, tick one of the options to apply the association to all the students in the selected sector or services.
Subjects that remain in red will not appear in the printed transcripts; furthermore, note that only one service can be entered for a subject (if you have two services for a subject, merge them: depending on the case, either you attach the group services to the whole-class services, or you transfer one of the two services to the co-teaching service and then transfer the tests and appraisals from the other service to the co-teaching service).
C) Verify the identities and SIECLE identifiers
The SIECLE identifier of the subjects is entered in column SIECLE of the display Resources > Subjects >
List. If this is not the case, recover SIECLE identifiers with the command Imports/Exports > SIECLE > Recover the codification via Omogen.
