Change your superadministrator password from the console
- Connect to the hosting console.
- Click on My account, at the top right of the console.
- Click on the tab Password.
- In the rubric Password to log in to the Client PRONOTE, select your account from the drop-down menu, then click either Receive a code by e-mail or Receive a code by SMS.
- Enter the code you received (6-digit code), then click on Validate.
- Now enter the new password for your account, then confirm it before clicking on the button I validate the new password.
A window will confirm that the new password has been accepted. Click on OK.
