  • Reset your superadministrator PIN code from the console

  1. Log in to the hosting console.
  2. Click on My Account located at the top right of the console.
  3. Click on the tab Protecting the account.
  4. In the rubric PIN code, select your account from the drop-down menu, then click either Receive a code by e-mail or Receive a code by SMS.



  5. Enter the code you received (6-digit code), then click on Validate.



  6. Make a note of the PIN code that appears.



  7. The next time you log in to the Client PRONOTE, use the numeric keypad to enter this new 6-digit PIN code, then click on Validate.



    Note
    To personalize your PIN code, go to the menu My preferences > Security > Protecting my account.
