Why haven't some teachers or staff received incident reports?
By default, the recipients of an incident report are the teaching staff and the PEC assigned to the student's level. You can verify the list of recipients by clicking on the icon in the form of an eye at the top right of the window.
If any staff or teachers are missing from this list, you can add them manually, or rectify:
- the pedagogical team entered in Resources > Classes > Pedagogical team;
- the assigned PEC(s) in Resources > Staff > List (column PEC of).
