  • How do families view incident reports, punishments and sanctions on their Webspace?

Incident reports

An incident report is automatically published in the correspondance notebook and/or in the student's folder, if the motive given in the report and the displays in the Webspaces have been configured accordingly.

You can manually activate/deactivate publication by clicking in the columns  and  of the incident report (rubric People involved).




The elements of the incident report that can be consulted by the guardians are as follows:

  • date and time of the incident
  • author of the report
  • motive of the incident
  • details of the incident
  • the nature of the action to be taken (as long as no punishment or sanction has been entered in the incident report, is the mention Pending decision is displayed).


Punishments

A punishment is automatically published in the correspondance notebook and/or in the student's folder if the motive for the punishment and the displays in the Webspaces have been configured accordingly.

You can manually activate/deactivate the publication by clicking in the columns  and  of the display Discipline > Punishments > Enter the punishments.



The elements of the punishment that can be consulted by guardians differ according to the type of punishment (at least, the motive, the details of the circumstances of the punishment/the punishment given).




Sanctions

A sanction is automatically published in the correspondance notebook and/or in the student's folder if the motive for the sanction and the displays in the Webspaces have been configured accordingly.
You can manually activate/deactivate the publication by clicking in the columns  and  of the display Discipline > Sanctions > Entry of sanctions.



The elements of the sanction that can be consulted by guardians differ according to the type of sanction (at least, the motive, the details of the circumstances of the sanction/the sanction's decision-maker).
