Note
To create a strong password, follow the CNIL's recommendations and use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Under no circumstances should you share your password with anyone else.
To create a strong password, follow the CNIL's recommendations and use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Under no circumstances should you share your password with anyone else.
- Go to the menu My preferences > Security > Protecting my account.
- In the rubric My connection identifiers, click on the button Modify my password.
- In the pop-up window, enter your current password.
- Then enter your new password twice.
- Click on the button Validate.

If you are a superadministrator (or SPR), you can also change your password from the hosting console

Modify your username
- Go to the menu My preferences > Security > Protecting my account.
- In the rubric My connection identifiers, click on the button Modify my username.
- In the pop-up window, enter your current password.
- Then enter your new username.
- Click on the button Validate.
Modify your PIN code
- Go to the menu My preferences > Security > Protecting my account.
- In Strengthen the security of my account, click on the button Modify my PIN code.
- In the pop-up window, Use the numeric keypad to enter your current PIN code, then click on the button Validate.
- Enter a new PIN code and confirm it. Click on the button Validate each time.
