Support PRONOTE

If you opt for hosted mode during the year, you must load the locally created base onto the hosting console.

Step No. 1: From the Server PRONOTE (software installed under your previous contract)

Launch the command File > PRONOTE HOSTING > Generate the files for hosting.
In the pop-up window, enter the hosting number (consisting of 12 digits and sent by email), then validate.
In the pop-up window choose a registration folder: PRONOTE generates at least four files (*.HNOT for the base, *_Courriers.HCourriers, *_Documents joints.HDocJoints for attached documents, *_Photos.HPhotos for photos).

Note
* corresponds to the name of the current database on the Server PRONOTE.
To recover the users, launch the command Configuration > Access the application's configuration files and copy the file *.profiles in the registration folder you specified earlier.

Step No. 2: From the hosting console (software installed as part of your new contract)

Log in to the hosting console.
Click on the panel Server PRONOTE then on the button Load a base
In the file *.HNOT generated from the Server PRONOTE, then click on Open.

Note
The Server must be shut down to perform this operation - if necessary, beforehand click on Shut down the server.
Click the button Activate to make the base accessible.

Launch the command Hosting > Complete the hosted base.
In the pop-up window designate the file *.HDocJoints generated from the Server PRONOTE.

Note
In the same way, recover other types of attached files (*.HPhotos, *.HCourriers, *.HDocJointEtablissement and *.HDocJointEleve).
