  • Distribute the internal rules and regulations to parents and students

The internal rules and regulations can be made available on the Parents and Students Webspaces.

Publish the internal rules on the Parent and Student Webspaces

  1. Go to the menu Parameters > Institution> Identity.
  2. On the internal regulations line, click on the button Joindre le document.
  3. In the pop-up window, select the file and validate.
  4. The rules and regulations are automatically published in the file Contact the institution, accessible from the top banner of the Webspace.

Notify the parents and students

  1. Once the document has been published, go to the menu Parameters > Institution > Identity.
  2. Click on the button Envoyer notifications.
  3. In the pop-up window, edit the message, if necessary, then click on the button Send.



  4. Parents and students receive a notification. They can download the school rules and regulations from the file Contact the institution on their Webspace. After reading the rules, parents and students tick I have taken note of the available downloadable documents
