Assign the students to rooms/dormitories
- Go to the display Absences > Boarding school >
Dormitories and rooms. - Click on Create a new dormitory or room, then select the option Dormitory or Room.
- Enter a designation, then confirm by pressing the key Enter on your keyboard.
- Enter the capacity of the dormitory/room.
- Click on Add the students then tick the concerned students in the pop-up window; PRONOTE will notify you when the maximum capacity of the room/dormitory has been reached.
