Organize medical fitness visits (infirmary)
This feature is reserved exclusively for the medical staff of the institution. For them to have access, the administrator of the PRONOTE database must have activated the management of the infirmary in the menu Parameters > GENERAL OPTIONS > Optional features.
Organize medical exams
- Go to the display Infirmary > Aptitude for regulated labor > Minors' aptitudes for regulated labor.
- Click on Issue a recommendation.
- In the pop-up window, click on the button
then tick the concerned students. - Select the date of the session, the beginning time of the first visit and the duration of each visit; the list of students with their order of passage is defined by default in alphabetical order, but you can possibly change this order thanks to the arrows
and 
to the right of the list. - Click on Validate.
Enter a recommendation
- Double-click in the column Medical opinion, then select a designation in the pop-up window.
- Double-click in the column Comments for the internship (reserves, adjustments) to provide any additional necessary information.
