How can PRONOTE be integrated into a digital workspace in non-hosted mode?
Integrating PRONOTE into the digital workspace allows users to log in to PRONOTE from the digital workspace without having to re-authenticate on their PRONOTE Webspace.
Create a delegation
- Go to the PRONOTE.net administration page and disable access to the Webspaces by clicking on Shut down the publication.
The base must be running on the Server PRONOTE.
- Click on the tab Delegate the authentication.
- In the table on the right, select a protocol and click on the button
to add it. - In the parameter settings window, select your DW (ENT) from the drop-down list. All parameters are recovered automatically.
- Tick Authorize direct authentication by PRONOTE.net... to allow users to log in directly via PRONOTE if the digital workspace is unavailable.
To finalize the connection, remember to provide your DW (ENT) with the URL shown in the window.
- Click on Validate.
Activate the delegation
- After closing the window, return to the delegation management table and double-click in the column Active to activate the delegation.
- By default, delegation is enabled on all Webspaces. To allow certain users to connect directly to PRONOTE, double-click in the column None.
- Republish the Webspaces before exiting the console.
