Initialize a guardian's access to the Parents' Area
To make sure that all "Legal guardian" and "Responsible guardian" will have access to the Parents Webspace at the beginning of the year, initialize this access en masse before the start of the academic year. During this initialization process, you can modify the default settings, by choosing to allocate a single account per household.
Guardians registered in the database as Other Contacts do not have access to the Parents Webspace; you can force this setting (see below "Modify access to the Parents Webspace on a case-by-case basis").
Initialize access to the Parents Webspace
- Go to the display Resources > Guardians >
Information form. - Go to the menu Edit and activate the command Reinitialize the access to Parents Webspace.
- In the pop-up window, select an option:
- to all the "Legal guardians" or "Responsible guardians" ;
- to other "Legal guardians" or "Responsible guardians" only if they live at a different address (one PRONOTE account per household).
- Click on Validate; a green tick Access to Parents Webspace appears on the right of the screen for the concerned guardians.
Modify access to the Parents Webspace on a case-by-case basis
- Go to the display Resources > Guardians > Information form.
- Select the guardian from the list: his/her information form appears on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Click on the red cross Access to Parents Webspace.
- A green tick appears: the Parents Webspace is accessible.
