Configure the institution's page
With PRONOTE's "institution's page", you can create a web page to introduce your institution to everyone on the Internet. Accessible without authentication, this page can be very useful if you wish to communicate information (news, contacts, cafeteria menu, photos, etc.) concerning not only Webspaces users, but also those who don't usually have access (grandparents, friends, future students, outside contributors, etc.).
- To create the general mock-up of the institution's page, go to the display Internet Webspace > Institution >
Institution. - Set the page parameters using the many options available in the panels Header, Body and Footer.
The Header includes the institution's identity, access to PRONOTE Webspaces, highlighted links and the banner image.
The Body includes the welcome message, elements to be made visible (news, agenda, links, cafeteria menu) and a photo gallery.
The Footer includes the Internet website and the institution's contacts, legal notices and access to social networks. - Click on View institution's page to preview the appearance of your page.
