  • Create additional columns

You can add customized columns, called "Families", if the default columns are not sufficient for your needs. Before adding a custom column, make sure it doesn't already exist in the software (some columns can be hidden).

Create a column Family with predefined rubrics

  1. Go to the menu Parameters > GENERAL > Families.
  2. Click on New family, enter a designation, then press the key Enter from your keyboard: a window Mode appears.
  3. Select the option Predefined rubrics then click on Validate: a window Used for appears.
  4. Tick the resources for which this column will be used, then click on Validate.
  5. Select the family from the list, then enter the rubrics to be added.

Create a column Family with free rubrics

  1. Go to the menu Parameters > GENERAL > Families.
  2. Click on New family, enter a designation, then press the key Enter from your keyboard: a window Mode appears.
  3. Select the option Free rubrics then click on Validate: a window Used for appears.
  4. Tick the resources for which this column will be used, then click on Validate.

Add a column Families in a data list

  1. Go to a resource list, then click on the icon : a window Customization of the list appears.
  2. Select the column in the left-hand part of the window and move it to the right by clicking on the button , then click on Validate.



    To add data to a column, double-click on it: in the case of a family with predefined rubrics, you tick them in the pop-up window; in the case of a family with free rubrics, you enter them manually via the keyboard.
