  • How to use the survey template for self-assessment of the EPLE?

Survey templates constructed from the templates provided by the School's Evaluation Board (CEE) are available to you. You can download them, customize them according to the specificities of your institution, propose them to users and export the results in order to analyze them.

Step 1: Import the survey model into PRONOTE 

  1. Go to the download page of survey templates.
  2. Click on the desired pack (school, middle school, general and technological high school, vocational high school) and download it to your computer: you will download a pack of 4 surveys (students, guardians, teachers, staff).
  3. In PRONOTE, go to the display Communication > Info/surveys >  Information and /surveys.
  4. In the folder Survey templates, click on the button Import, then select the *.zip file in your downloads.



  5. The 4 surveys are added to the list of templates.




Step 2: Create the survey 

  1. In the folder Distributed, click on the button New survey: a window Conduct a survey appears.



  2. Designate the classes concerned by the survey by clicking on the button , then tick the recipients, for example the students.



  3. Below, click on the button Recover a template to select one of the surveys recovered in the previous step, then validate.



  4. The configuration and contents of the survey are automatically pre-filled.
  5. You can conduct a nominative or anonymous survey.



Step 3: Customize the survey

You are free to adapt the survey to your institution's needs.

  1. To delete a question, select it from the list on the left, then click the button .



  2. To modify a question, select it and change the text that appears on the right.



  3. To add a question or text between two sets of questions, click at the top of the list on question or text.

Step 4: Propose the survey

  1. Tick the box Publish and fill in the beginning and ending dates of publication by double-clicking on the calendars.
      
  2. Click on Publish.
  3. Students are notified on their Webspace and on the application from the date of publication.

Step 5: Analyze the feedback from the survey

You can copy the survey results into a spreadsheet for better analysis. 

  1. Open the panel Returns located to the right of the screen when the survey is selected from the list. 
  2. Verify that all the questions on the left are ticked to be taken into account in the results.
  3. To the right of the list, click on the button and select Copy on the clipboard.
  4. Open your spreadsheet and paste the results using the shortcut Ctrl + V.
